Strategic Human Resources Management for Creating Shared Value in Social Business Organizations

Social business organizations work to achieve social and goals create shared value (CSV). Strategic human resource management (SHRM) is one of the key components optimizing value. The available literature needs more evidence on how these manage their resources. This study aims bridge gap by examining HRM approaches in creating for organization. analyzed four cases through semi-structured interviews, field visits, a review archival documents web-based reports As shown results, we found that formal recruitment processes are followed where candidates’ prior knowledge interests tested rigorously. Talented, qualified, suitable candidates selected without any biases. On-the-job training with rigorous focus orienting employees goals. Key performance indicators (KPIs) sets evaluating employees’ performance. Market rates providing compensation. Family-oriented participatory environment exists, which keeps turnover low. High-performance recommended future growth optimization.
